Use this skill when an API request fails or behaves unexpectedly.

## Workflow

1. Capture method, URL, headers, body, status code and response.
2. Check authentication, routing, validation and downstream dependencies.
3. Produce a minimal reproduction command.
4. List likely root causes and verification steps.
